From Friday, December 26, 2014 until today, January 5, 2015, I have received nine phone calls from DIRECTV, Florida (Hialeah, Miami, Miami Beach). I have discussed this back and forth with DIRECTV Customer Service, 1 800 531-5000, and ask for Krista, Shift Supervisor, Employee ID 416602 (they aren't allowed to give their last name ???). Calls are the same as above, recording and then nothing. This is a Prank Call and telemarketing by using a block of numbers. I suspect that it is retribution for not accepting their telemarketing "promotion" original call. Their (DIRECTV) email response is a "canned" reply and is misleading and an outright untruth. They have their own Do Not Call list but I was told today (by Krista) that it takes 7 to 10 days for it to take affect. This is harassment beyond routine and now is the time for class action! Didn't answer either time and no message. I also have DirecTV so I hope it is not them, since they can contact me via E-mail. I saw it was from Miami (Dade) so I just rejected the phone call. They call late and nobody I know calls me late in the evening and if I know them they leave a message. This needs to be looked into by the Feds and stopped. Nobody has time for this!
This # has called me 7 times in 2 days, doesn't leave a message. Has called early and woke me up. It is beyond annoying. Just put them on the reject list, so now they will go straight to voice mail. I am a Directv customer, but up to date on my account, so if it is them, they have no reason to be calling.
