Your post is amazingly difficult to read, because of the way you use capitalization. However, I really tried ... and have this advice for you:
Read this:
"It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver."
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0078-advance-fee-loans
If you or a friend need a loan, you really should read this:
http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0153-choosing-credit-counselor
In fact, the more you need the money, the more urgent it is to read that information!
Protect yourself!
Recognize that NO legitimate company is going to offer you a loan, without their doing some background / credit checks on you, and they WILL generally need a snailmailed, signed contract.
If you or a friend fell for the scam, please try to educate your other friends. The only way to stop these scams is to cut off their source of money!
And, to answer your question ... if you sent your money by Green Dot or other untraceable means, it is gone.
The company is called Suncor Lending http://suncorlending.com/
I filled out the online feeler for a loan, they told me I was approved and then while waiting to heat back from them I went online to investigage the company. Turns out they are scam artists who ask you to pay in advance for funding a loan (which is a red flag). Kept getting robo calls from what sounded like a warehouse then hang ups. I called them back- they picked up immediately. I asked them to stop calling me, I wasnt interested. The foreign guy (red flag) said harsly DO YOU WANT A LOAN, I said no because I googled you and found out you guys were scammers. He said suck my suckj my dick [***], [***] you. And hung up. Nice.
WHAT A JOKE.
Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans. Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!
