I received and email with the 1-786-379-5942 call back number and says it's Capital One Bank and that I an approved for $4500.00. The documents look sort of realistic, it includes ans promissory/loan agreement document to sign and date. I knew it was fraudulent because a Bank would not approve you that quickly and send papers to sign by email without even talking to me first or obtaining any type of proof that I am who I say I am.
I've yet to receive my 206.00 I was told I had to wait 90 days too get it back. Because of my credit. I called them sometimes they answer or they don't and I certainly cuss them out. And I will continue I reported them to the Better Business Bureau & now i am taking it a step further.

keeps calling my cell phone and now is calling my work. I called back and the foreign man on the other side told me to suck his **** when I said I was reporting them. This is OUTRAGEOUS! I am looking into information to report them as I type. This is harassment I do no need.

These idiots won't quit!! This guy Mark Wilson with a heavy indian accent called my phone 12 times in a matter of minutes!! Different numbers were coming up each time. I also have two voice mails with sexually explicit language and heavy breathing. I am saving all of them. Freaks!!!

I knew i didnt take one. they said they were from Richardson [***]. they they had my name, a old employer, the name of my bank, the last 4 digtets of my social. i asked for information from them and they said that they couldnt give that information out, and they hung up on me. and they said i would b arrested..
