Unwanted call

I work for a Doctor and we receive 3-5 calls a day, it rings twice if you don't answer but we normally pick it up and no one is there!!!!  It is really annoying if anyone out there has the answer to how to stop it or report it to someone who will look into it, please let me know. 10-15 calls a day. 2 rings and hang up no one ever on the line

They call me five times a day and hang up.  I have called back four times and gotten somebody who barely speaks English.  I ask for a supervisor and get the same guy.  Every time he assures me he is placing my number on a do not call list.

They identify themselves as Absolute Pharmacy.
