I had the number blocked and now it rings once and cuts it off. They still call though 3-4 times per day (Canadian Pharmacy) since they probably have all numbers on computerized auto-dial. It says Miami, FL on the caller ID and the one time I did answer and actually spoke to someone, the guy sounded like he was from India.
This number keeps calling and as soon as I answer it they hang up .When I call the number back it says that it is disconnected . I'm on the national do not call list and there is no way to stop these calls that I know of.
So the phone rings and a young lady from overseas tells me she represents a pharmacy and can get me some great deals on medications. I asked her if she has any Geezermycin, you know, that drug that old people take to feel energetic and invigorated. She wasn't sure, so I asked her to also check to see if she carries Codgerzole, a similar medication. No dice, but the good news is she has Geezermycin in the 500 mg presentation. We proceed with the order where I state my name as Bernard Madoff residing on Huzzanga Street in Santa Rosa California. I make up a credit card number and complete the transaction. She even calls back to verify that I am indeed ordering a full year’s supply of Geezermycin. Imagine...
