this number calls my home 6-8 times daily. I have blocked it. Still, the caller persists even though they are blocked after one ring.

Nah.  More than likely it was a dimocrap survey.  Grow up.

The survey is a come-on anyway.  They could ask "Do you know how the red stripe is put on candy canes?" and it would amount to the same thing.  THEY JUST WANT TO KNOW IF YOU WILL PICK UP AND ANSWER THE PHONE.  That's all.  You are a sucker if you answer unrecognized numbers.  But, somebody's gotta do it.  Might as well be you, dumbazz.  Hahahahahaha.
