Who called from 7864088353

I repeatedly receive blank text messaged from the number (786)408-8353

I get this weekly also .. seems very odd.   Not sure if they are waiting for someone to reply but I have just been deleting them.

I have also received blank texts from this number. I've called it back.

I get these blank texts too! For the last few weeks. Don't get any notifications of  them - but there they will be in my text log. I tried calling the number back from my work's landline..and once I got a message saying "the person at this number is not available." The second time I got a message saying "This number has been disconnected."

I've had these too, to my mobile number in Israel.
