I just received a call from that same Mike guy saying there is a fraud case against me with Payday Loans and a legal action is going to be filed by 3pm today in my city and then they said if I pay x dollars now it would stop it or it will be thousands. Called an attorney and it is definitely a fraud. Please, I hope nobody gives these a..holes anything.
Said he was a private investigator with some firm and that my name and checking acct number were involved in a fraud investigation. He wouldn't give me a number for Met Loan USA, which he said was the name of the payday loan company it was about. I have never heard of them. He told me my information would be sent to my county within a couple of hours. He told me it wasn't his responsibility to tell me the details. When I kept saying I wanted a number of the original company and I was going to have my lawyer call them, he told me he didn't care who I called, but don't call them again and hung up on me!
I got 25 voice mails from this number and the Miami number in a span of 2 days. These people are idiots......the guys fake country accent sounds like a pedaphile!
