Recorded message saying we are approved for a medic alert system, press one to verify information on file, press five to notify shipping dept. I pressed one and got a male who wanted to know who he was talking to. Instead I asked him if the name of his company was Medic Alert Sys. His was response was "I'm very bored with this conversation" and hung up.
Just had a call to my landline from "Wireless Caller." I have a blocker so no problem there (the blocker service catches many of these automatically or I can block by name if I choose) but we'll see if they retaliate by calling in the wee hours. I just don't have the desire to deal with bored/annoyed/desperate-for-work callers or to have them junk up my answering machine messages.
Medical Alert. Told them twice to remove me from their list. They just keep calling. I have a Panasonic phone now that blocks calls, works great. One faint ring and there gone.
