Caller left a message to call this number regarding I was the winner for 746,000.00. I know this has to be a scram. Please try and stop this person.

Person left a message I was the winner for 476,000.00. hope you can find this person.

Same thing as of today 3/1/2017 stating the same that I won $7,800 and when you call back you just hear music, not good.

Left message, which sounds very fishy.  I think I will block the number on my phones:
Selected to receive a brand reward of $7,800 in order to claim your money call our account department at 786-471-8163. Thank you.

Received call left message. Called back just to see what they would say. A man sounding like he was in India says that I have been randomly selected to receive "free" grant money. I just hung up and blocked the number. Sounds like just another scam!!!
