It is a customer service rep, representing BCBS My Advocate program. Have been called a few times. Told them not to call. They said that there would be huge coverage gaps if I didn't speak with someone from the My Advocate program and if I didn't make sure that if I don't speak with them, then there would be higher premiums.
They've called me once a day around 7PM for the past 4-5 days and I always miss it. No voicemail. I called back to see who it was and someone (after being on hold) said they were BCBS. I asked for them to stop calling and she said she would need my full name, address, and date of birth in order to be taken off the calling list. Seemed odd she needed all that info, but I wouldn't give it to her just in case they're not who they say they are. I just blocked their number on my iPhone.
