Called at 9pm. Left no message. Have called before many times. Called ID shows OVD? Would be very suspicious of some type of scam. Blocked

We have received a number of phone calls from 786 528 6782 QVD. They never leave a message. Is this a fraud call?

I have been receiving calls from this company at four separate phone numbers.  The calls are 7 days a week up until 9 P.M.  The name of the company is called Veterans Now.  They left a recorded message that was cut off before the message was completed.
