zeus.com site directed me to this number.  They are selling fake computer protection.  They apparently can hide or move some of your files.  Don't buy their services.  They do not have anything to do with Microsoft.  ---Also not  zeus malware, which I, at first, feared.  Do not call the number.

ADDING - never let a cold caller touch your machine.  They can NOT tell if there is a problem---but they can PUT problems on your computer remotely.

don't call these people. they messed up my computer but luckily I was able to restore it. This is a fraud and they need to be procecuted!
