Who called from 7866001561

Just got a call from this number from a "Jeff Smith"with a very heavy indian accent who said he was from Microsoft and that my xomputer had downloaded a virus.   I listened to him and did look at the event viewer he told me to.  I do not have internet or wifi at home so couldn't connect the computer.    There were 27000+ errors and warnings on my computer where he told me to look.  He plans to call me back to walk me through the fix tomorrow. I will block his call and go to a technician about my computer errors.
