Did pickup/hangup and called back from another number (masking it). Picked up saying (haltingly) that they were Microsoft engineers. Sounds like the old "your computer is broken, we need to login to it to fix it" scam. SCAM. Blocked.
Answered call. After a long pause "Hi, this is Olivia, a Microsoft engineer. There appears to be..." at that point I hung up telling her I am not falling for that scam.
This call has the same area code as those I've been receiving for 'solar panels'. From these posts, I suspect it's the 'Microsoft' scheme. Interesting that they say they originate in Miami.
