Most likely Indian or Pakistani debt scammers. Not much anyone can really do to them. FOr some reason they use Miami (786) and other Flordia area codes in their phone scams. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you don't recognize.
You can't be arrested for being in ordinary civil debt in the US. We don't have debtors prisons. Warrants are only issue by judges. They are only issued upon proper application by law enforcement. They are only used in criminal cases and only served in hand by duly constituted law enforcement officers. Ignore and block these kinds of calls. Originate in India and Pakistan.
There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated. You can protect yourself to an extent by using a call blocker and not picking up on call numbers you do not recognize.
This call is a message telling me that i am being sued by the IRS, which is a complete lie. They are trying to get you to contact them to sell you something.
