I have received calls for the past 2 days from the following numbers:

582-774-0000
582-777-0000
588-775-0000
588-773-0000
I have had my phone number for close to 14 years and don't give it out often. Whoever this is that is calling me calls constantly, every hour/half hour and is becoming a bother. They called at 9 pm last night.
I answer and it is a male with a heavy accent asking for me by my full name (which is a red flag) and he makes no sense with whatever he is saying. His voice cuts in/out and he verbally cannot be understood.
I am calling my cell phone carrier today, as I have blocked he numbers on my cell phone, but I want to know how I can get these nonsense calls to stop without changing my phone number.
My wife has been receiving calls everyday at least 3 times a day for about 2 weeks from phone number 7867011997. They never leave a msg so I called the number back saying that we revived a call from that number, a man with a heavy Indian accent ask if we have a payday loan, when I said no they hung up. So I called them back asking them what their company name is and again they hung up. So I figured if you guys are going to keep calling me then I would do the same. So I called back and they immediately hung up. I called them back about 15 times demanding to talk to a supervisor. Finally I was put on hold for about 10 min when their "supervisor" finally picked up, though it sounded like the same guy. I then asked them to take my wife's number of their call list and was told it would cost $199.99 to cancel my number with them. I then asked what their company did and he said to me that they call people's numbers over and over and ask them if they would like to be removed from their call list and then tell them that it will cost $199.99 to be removed from their call list. (This was their own words.) I then asked him what their company name was and hesitantly as if thinking it up on the spot that they are called "call back co."
These guys are con artist and are trying to s scam people in multiple ways. If you don't get their loan then apparently they try to get money out of you by harassing you. Is there a way to pursue legal actions against them? I don't know the best way to try to stop these guys but want to find some way to make them stop.
I had this same number call me an told me I could have a loan for 3000 dollars if I sent them 212 dollars I said no an they said [***] u [***] and hung up so we reported this number
I have received numerous calls from this number, finally decided to answer and was told that a loan I applied for was approved. I asked how much I applied for and was told that I could receive a $3000 loan and pay back 200 for 18 months. Was then told I would need to call the same number he called from and would be put through with a finance manager. I asked why I would need to call another number if he wanted me to get a loan with his company and he wouldn't answer it, kept going over my personal information and just kept dodging the question I wanted to know. He finished saying that I ask to many questions and hung up, so I called back and asked who I was speaking with and was hung up again. And so I called again, this time the man who answered the phone asked if I needed to talk to Eric and I said no, I wanna know who I'm talking to and was hung up on again.. All three men had very strong middle eastern accents and so I blocked the number.
