Scam, keeps leaving message about an important matter and having taken all the appropriate legal actions for their client to proceed against me. Been through this before. Just trying to scare people into giving them money over the phone. Don't do it! If it's legit legal action you will receive mail and you would probably know something about it. I don't have anything out there & track my credit. They have nothing on me.
sounds like you have no idea about meadiations mam i have no debts but you can be contacted about a legal matter prior to anything being alleged....or arbutrations ....good luck thank you
Adam, if you want to post and sound like someone should pay attention to you, learn how to spell or use something every modern computer has, use a spell check. And for gosh sakes, use punctuation! UGGH!
This number is calling and leaving the same types of messages that you just mentioned. Except they aren't even for me! I think they are for whoever used to have my phone number. Anyways, i wouldn't be suprised if it was a scam of some sort. Trying to screw people into giving them money right around Tax return season or something.
