Scam, keeps leaving message about an important matter and having taken all the appropriate legal actions for their client to proceed against me. Been through this before. Just trying to scare people into giving them money over the phone. Don't do it! If it's legit legal action you will receive mail and you would probably know something about it. I don't have anything out there & track my credit. They have nothing on me.
threaten to seize my bank accounts & take me to court for another bank account from eight yrs ago. Called the number back & it doesn't even sound legit!
They called here to saying if I didn't call by closing time they would be taking legal actions ! I called back and just got a voice mail that said leave your name and number.....Scam again but this time it sounded good ! Don't fall for this one.
I got a call from this outfit saying they would settle an $800 debt for $400. The girl said I owed ADT. I have ADT and the payments are on automatic withdrawal from my bank. When pressed, I asked for there company name, address and name of the caller so I can send it to the Kentucky Attorney Generals office. The caller immediately hung up. I haven't received anymore calls. It is interesting that others have had this same problem.
They were calling me at work and telling my coworkers that I need to call them back today and they advise I get an attorney. I called back, and when I asked for the company name and address, the guy got nasty with me, rambled something about Wilmington Delaware. I asked him to repeat it, since i was confused because the area code 786 is Miami Florida. I asked for them to send me something in writing and they stated they already have. They continued to call my work and tell my coworkers that I need an attorney. I called them again and after they refused to tell me the company name and address, they finally hung up on me. I continued to call them, they continued to hang up. I told them since they want to harass me at work, I'm returning the favor. I called again and they answered as a pizza company. The final time I called, it automatically forwarded to an alleged 911 operator. I asked what county they were in and the guy tried to verify my address. I explained that I didn't call 911 and again asked what county they were from. This continued for several minutes before finally saying New York.
