said they were sending diabetic meter for free. told them I didn't need one. They hung up.

Foreign man.  Had my name, address and phone number.  Called to say he wanted to give me free meter.  He wanted to know which insurance I had, blue cross or Missouri state.  I told him that he couldn't  have that.  He asked again several times.  I finally told him that I was uninsured.  He hung up.
