My call blocker stops all calls from area code 786. Too simple.

Has called my cell, when I answered I heard several voices all speaking at the same time saying "hello" "who is this" its as if the call was made to several parties and was conferenced.

Has called me numerous times a day. Just called at 8:14 pm. Never a voicemail. Never tried to call them back so idk about that. But keeps continuing to call no matter what time of day it is...

Keeps calling no answer.call back and it  just rings.
