Rang twice, hung up

This number keeps calling me. When I call back lady says some kind of reward redemption program. Blocked this number. Have had same call from other numbers, same message when I return call. Report them all.

Called and hung up when I didn't answer.

This hemorrhoid keeps calling. I have elderly relatives who live in FL and whenever I see this area code I panic. I am on a no call list which is not to be used as their phone directory!!!!
