Recording says I may be eligible for reduction in energy bills, and to hit zero to talk to a representative. Generally speaking, any call that starts with a recording, outside of my pharmacy or town halls with elected governmental types, is going to be blocked.
we just received a call from this number, and like what the other people commented it did the same thing started with a recording then to press 0 for operator we do not want them to call us anymore.
