Picked up before the CID hit because I was expecting a call.
Caller: May I speak to......(correct last name)
Me: Who's calling?
Caller: Blah blah Solar Blah Blah How are you today?
Me: I was doing fine before I got this call from a scammer, take me off your list!!!!
Indian/Pakistani accented voice.
Got called at 6pm. Man said he was with "Go Green" and that I could get solar for free. I said no, and advised him he was calling me illegally and to take my number off his list and do not call again. He hung up.
Didn't recognize the number so I picked up just to have some fun. Indian accent telling me of wonderful news and I can get solar panels with just making payments to my service provider. Asked lots of questions, made him repeat lots of answers, etc.Finally I got tired and started to call him names and dared him to scream at me. He eventually hung up.
...then he called right back, but by that time he was in the call blocker.
Call hang up at 1055 am PDT. No message. Those who think they are "getting even" with these crooks are only making things worse for all of us. Your active number is then sold to other crooks to keep them all making the great bucks just for your lack of common sense. Do you think they really care if you scream at them? Do not answer. Do not interact. They do not abide by DNC list so do not rant about that: crooks have no respect remember, they want to steal. And get the elderly and impaired informed by not answering, listen to the message and not pick up -- or if a call hangs up do a *69 for the number if it does not show on their machine. But do not pick up and interact -- those are the ones who are losing the last years of their lives by these jerks. Think about what you are doing -- use common sense please. This is a fairly new number so the Feds were probably getting onto their other number. Report to FCC all calls.
