Who called from 7869552552

Just got a call from them.  Recording said my credit union atm card may have been compromised, press 1... didn't press a thing.  Call dropped.  Out of curiosity, I called the number back.  Got a recording saying my call is important to them, please hold... call dropped.
Seems like a scam, but there was no request for info from them, so not exactly sure what they are trying to achieve...
Also recently received a call from a different number with a thickly accenter male voice asking for me by name then hanging up when I said "this is she".  Wonder if they are linked

Rang my cell phone.  Did not recognize this number and so ignored it.  Did not leave any message.

said my debit card had been locked----I do not have a debit card.

Well it's a good thing,   cause it's been LOCKED!!

called a work phone......rarely used...in Delaware...I did not answer....scam...I say YES!
