This is a major scam call..  it comes from Puerto Rico.. They tell you to call back this number  , it is an emergency.. If you call this number you will be billed an unbelievable amount to you phone bill..{ we are talking a couple thousand dollars } This scam is all over my home state of Ohio , with warnings everywhere all over local news.  DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK !! Unless you want a huge phone bill. This is one of the ' worst ' scams yet !!
