Received mess from bank of the west ? With code 3731 answered the call. Don't waste  your time it's a scam they try to verify your accounts

I got that text too!  Now I keep getting a message that the number is unavailable.  I knew it had to be a scam because I've never had an account EVER with bank of the west.  Honestly, I think they get our numbers off of facebook.

Actually I am finding that our phone numbers are sold. I started getting text messages after I got a Rite Aid discount card. The amount of scam and texts just keeps increasing.  So my advice now is when getting any new discount cards DO NOT USE A CELL NUMBER a phone number.  And my phone number is on the do not call list. Really phony.
