Having seen Monte Python and the Holy Grail, I did not dare press 9.

Caller ID is "Cell Phone   PR" which apparently means a prepaid cell phone in Puerto Rico, obviously a reliable source for home security systems.  Blocked, and reported to the FTC as both a scam and a DNC violation.
