Who called from 7879999876

I also got a call from this number on my cell (289 area code) at 6:23 am est Dec. 13th 2007.  I live in Ajax Ontario Canada.

Thursday December 13th 6:19am (not impressed, i'm not sleeping well anyway)

from 787-999-9876 didn't answer, it didn't come up on my search; when i googled it, this is what came up

also got a call from this number at 6:15 am ... my area codes 613 from ottawa, ontario and i don't know any1 from peurto rico .. been gettin calls from this number for about 2 weeks now when i pick up nothing sounds like someones breathing but when i call back its in spanish weird...

its weird no ansewer when picked up sounds like someone breathing call back its someone speakin in spanish i really would like to know how all our cellphone numbers are getting out to these scams cuz i thought these numbers were private n not listed for people
