Who called from 8012064851

I keep getting hang up calls from this number.  previous comments said you reported them to the police.  Which office can I add my complaint to?

Getting calls from this number for over a month, everyday.  No one responds when I answer.  Message is never left when I don't answer.

This # keeps calling .. Doesn't leave message if my vm answers..  doesn't speak if I answer..
Tried to call back to see all I bet It's busy sound.
They call non stop through out day...

Calls twice a day. No one speaks or answers when I call back.

Calls nearly daily asking for previous person who had my number (from many years ago). I asked them to remove me from their list, but calls still keep coming. Very unprofessional.
