Received same BS call. Said return was under review, must call them. Same scam calls going back over 3 years. If looking for someone, give them your states atty generals phone # telling them they can reach the person at that #. Have some fun if you have the time, give them a different case #, and ask questions about their company & etc. They hang up on ya!!
Called saying i commited fraud to navy federal could not verify my address only old one. Didn't speak directly with me or verify and personal information. They insisted on me making a payment but could not verify and documents showing proof of debt.
received a call from this number this evening advising that they were collecting on an old payday loan I had secured with Midland financial in the amount of $400. they were trying to collect $600. if no action on my part, papers would be served. how did I want to proceed? they did their best to get money from me. when I pushed for facts, they advised the month and year, October 2008, that the deposit was made into my checking account. I subsequently checked with my bank who could find no record of such deposit being made.
Just called mu better half's cell phone. Really? Got mad at him for telling her she was a fraud and that he is reporting her and her fake company to the FED she hung up right away.
This number left a detailed message for me to call back immediately and pay a charge owed of unknown amounts and illegitimate explanations. The robot voice threatened "action" at my place of employment AND residence. They're threatening to come to my house? Not buying this B.S. Fraud/Scam going on. But why do these numbers stay in service? Will be reporting this to local FBI in the Seattle area. The exact same call came in from another phone number from Texas within an hour as well: (409)210-2345
I'm sure they're sending these mass robot calls out and hoping 1 out of 100 call back and bite. Give me a break......
