These folks are from the Living Scripture DVD company. I found them through a free DVD offer they had on facebook. The call is to try and upsell videos.
If it wasn't true representative of the LDS church, the number would be listed as such not some unknown number that hundreds of people are trying to figure out who it belongs to. The fact that they called you 'Sister' means nothing more than that they want you to believe that they are somehow affiliated with the LDS church.
If you've contacted them so much as once and provided your number (I did for a free video several months ago), your number is in the system and they'll call you about other offers. So far as I'm aware, this is The Living Scriptures. I've now got three different numbers for them in my phone history.
I got a call from them today, when answered, they hang up. Seems to me if they are a legit company wanting to sell something they would talk to us if we answer. Just going to block them on my phone.
