This "Howard Grable" persona also calls from 801-317-1025 "Pre Trial Mediation Services".  Also from:  859-904-2420

Part of the same old pattern of "there are charges against you"  or "there is a felony against you" and that sort of nonsense.

AKA:  The “govern yourself accordingly”   Scam group.  Ignore these people and block their calls.  Home of the now-infamous Rebecca Outlaw.

Usually starts off by saying there are 2 “complaints” against you.  Or that there are “warrants” against you or that you are going to be arrested. Gives you a spiel meant to frighten you into paying them something and then sometimes ends with the stupid phrase “govern yourself accordingly.”   Sometimes includes threats of arrest. Sometimes they use the phrase  “handle yourself accordingly.”

Sometimes they just call and threaten.  Hoping that the gullible and frightened will call back.

Really bad actors.  Ignore and block their calls.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.  Tell 'em  no scammy debt collector is going to push you around.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking).   the only thing they understand.

Personally I think:  http://www.republicnationalrecovery.com  is responsible for all this “govern yourself accordingly” or "fraud" or "felony charges" garbage.  Can't prove it though.

file a complaint to the BBB, FTC, FCC, Attorney generals office and the the  Consumer  Protection Beau.  Tell anyone who cares. You call them back they act like they are lawyers they answer hello Pre trial mediation its a shady numbers they are calling from and robo numbers they are calling from . The messages are recorded. and it is shady period i am not telling them jack about my name or my address if they do not have it then they are crappy collection companies. They claim they are lawyers if that is so they would of had the  information and not calling you to say they are sending papers to your home or work .  Phone companies give anyone these numbers. This is a form of harassment and stalking. They go on the internet to access your name and personal information . They are not legit real attorneys they do not call you period. I never heard of  of something so asinine in my life.  They abuse the phone so they feel like they have power.  Collection companies are not the law and they use robo calls to banbard your phone so you break and cry . Do not even try to let this get to you. Report report report and report. REPORT every chance you get.  I think the government needs to put crack downs on robo callers and scammers like this . I bet you a million they are having spies looking on all sites to see if they are talking about them. Consumers have a right to be harass free.  Hey when trump is president why don't he go after these collection people who pretend they are lawyers. Judgments my [***]. They can kiss it .....
