The lady I talked to Kimberly Holland was rude and smug. Forwarded me over to her supervisor, who was worse than she was... so I consulted a lawyer and they told me it was a scam!!!! Do not give them any information.... if they call back to forward their information to him.
I received the same threatening message from a Robert Johnson, stating that I have a pending case against me, and I must call before the end of the business day, and to govern muself accordingly.
I received the same phone call, same number from Ogton, UT a Robert Johnson. I let it go to voicemail but then I decided to call it to see what the heck it was. He was very mean and said I didn't pay some payday loans in 2009 and it "popped up in 2014". He had an old address and said I owed $810. The thing is i did get some payday loans and that was in 2012 and consolidated them with a debt relief company and paid it off in less than a year. I told him they were said off. He asked me is I got a receipt from them and I said why would i get one of those. And I have memory problems so I was freaking out because he was going to go to small claims court if I didn't pay that money. So I went to the bank and I found out the debt relief name, looked it up and called them because he told me THEY were the scammers. When I called them they still had my records and everything was paid off. I told her I was going to call back and she said not to give out any information to him. So I called him back and it rang awhile and went to voicemail because he was on another call. So I freaking went off on the voice mail saying HE WAS THE SCAMMER and if he ever called me again I was going to report him. Then I called the sheriff to see if anyone has reported the number and he said no but if he calls back to call him back and to not give any info to him. He really scared me the way he talked to me. Threatened me. So I'm glad I looked up the number and saw I was not alone and it was indeed a scam. Little A hole.
I just received the exact same call today. Once you do Payday loans for some reason these scammers find you. I'm surprised because they are usually foreign. But at the end he said govern yourself accordingly. Left no real information and did not say my name. I'm really thinking about starting a law suite against the payday people because this never happened prior to me receiving payday loans.
Look this is the second time i get messages from peoplelike this but guess what i did i started to call them back every five minuts and started telling them [***] that i knew who they were and they stopped so i am doing the same with these they told me that they were sending my case to the state attorneys office for my account hahaha [***] idiots i work in the court system i know how it works the state atty has nothing to do with cases like that so dont payany attention to them. I am caling them every 5 mins see how they like it
