The lady I talked to Kimberly Holland was rude and smug. Forwarded me over to her supervisor, who was worse than she was... so I consulted a lawyer and they told me it was a scam!!!! Do not give them any information.... if they call back to forward their information to him.

I've gotten calls from Robert Johnson everyday for the last 5 days. i just googled the number today and found that all you ppl have gotten the same thing. i called them back and confronted the person on the phone that this was a scam and that i'm contacting my lawyers and the police dept. She said she was sorry and they had mistaking gotten my info by mistake and hung up on me..
I was told by Kimberly Holland that I had an outstanding debt from a payday loan company and that I owed $832. I have never had a payday loan and never will. She stated there were three charges against me, 1. violation of federal banking regulations, collateral check fraud and theft by deception.
Tell this "sweetheart" that you want WRITTEN documentation of the ""debt"" that is MAILED to you. She then has 5 days to comply. Of course expect (meaningless) threats - which is also illegal - but no documentation.
If there really were charges against you, you would have received plenty of paperwork before the call.
Payday loan and the non payment thereof do not and never will result if criminal charges. It might even be against the law to actually collect on them in certain states. This is simply a scare tactic by criminals to get you to pay them extortion money.
