JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING ME IF I HAD KIDS OR GRANDKIDS??? WHEN I SAID NO THEY SAID I COULD BE OF NO USE TO THEM AND HUNG UP??? WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN??? ARE THEY GOING TO EAT MY CHILDREN???
Caller id listed this number and said Salt Lake City CI UT. I answer ready to go into my "put me in your do not call list" spiel. The lady was polite. FIrst thing she said was "We are not trying to sell you anything and will take less than 30 seconds". Asked if I had young kids and I said yes. She said her org was cncerned about what was on TV that kids were watching (or something like that). She asked if it would be okay for them to call me later to conduct a short (ha!) survey.
I said no thank you and she said ok, thanks for you time.
That was it. It was polite, no hassle, no pressure and it took about 55 seconds. Only problem was that I forgot to tell them to put me in their no call list. I am sure they will sell my name and number to someone else. BTW, the lady asked for me by my first name so they have that too.
