Who called from 8014137018

It us the Red Cross trying to set up blood donations :) they didn't ask for any personal info over the phone just asking me to go to one of the Red Cross centers to donate. I get this call about once a month because I am O-neg

Multiple calls, no message left when I didn't answer. Answered this time and she started off that they were recording the call. I hung up.

Got a call from this number last night, but from an international location.  I ignored the call, but wondered why it was preceded by 011?  I get and ignore calls from this number all the time without the international prefix.
