Who called from 8014283730

they wanted me to go check on those neighbors......what nerve, they don't even live in the same building.

A man called telling me he was trying to get in contact with my neighbors and asked it he was calling the right number and if I would go leave them a message.  He called from this local dummy number so I picked up, but gave a 1-800-353-5984 as a number for me to give them.  I can't figure out who this is or what they want but it sounds like bill collectors.

I received a call from this number.  As soon as I picked up the phone they hung up.  I looked on the Internet, it is posted as a collection company my husband & I paid our bills & DO NOT want to receive these type of calls.

These people appear to be trying to skip trace people they think are relatives or friends. Don't give out any info.

They called on a business line. I answered and it was just music playing.
