This number called looking for my dad. Said something about recovery services. I asked how they got my number, as I am not at all connected to my father other than our last names. They said they couldn't tell me that. I told them to tell me what they wanted from him before I gave any information. They told me it was a personal matter and could not. They said they had other numbers possibly connected to him. I asked for the numbers and said I'd confirm whether or not it was him. They said to protect my father the could not provide me with that information. I told them to protect my father I could not give him his phone number. He got angry with me and hung up.
Debt collector calling us within 45 days of filing bankruptcy, calling me at work, and calling home and cell multiple times per day. We told them we are doing a debt management plan and they still continue to call everyday.
