Im confused..about 6 a wks ago I received ral calls from this 202 area code number and it did not leave a message.   SOOOO WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF THIS NO. CALLS YOU?  DOES THST MEAN IM TAPPED?  OR THAT SOMEONE WAS JUST CHECKING MY LINE TO SEE IF ITS TAPPED?
