A recording said it was about my credit card (didn't specify which company or card) and that there were no problems, but to press 9 to lower my interest rate. I pressed 9 and they answered and asked if I wanted to lower my rate and I said no---take me off your phone list. They hung up on me like I expected.
Got a phone call around 3:20pm EST today. No message was left -- I had been getting spam call once a day for the past few days. All from different number each time, and my number is on the Do Not Call list.
