I work @ Energy Savings Alliance and Green Monster of Arizona is our parent company. We are all (Green Monster and Energy Savings Alliance aka ESA) in the same building,so is the U.S. Marshals office. So it being a scam? I highly doubt it and it is now 2013.
I received a call also about the same thing and felt pushed into it, and ended up letting them come out. And a very well dressed and professional man came and gave me excellant tips how to save money. They did do a free home inspection of my energy usage and taught me of government programs like insulation etc... There actually is a lot going on and had no idea that so much of it would be funded by the federal and state governments. Questar even helps out. Obviously if you call Questar they are not going to tell you of free money they give away, this company is a company dedicated to energy efficiency and they tell you about the programs cause advertising free money is not something companies want to do. The only reason i am replying to this is because I was qualified and now I am seeing 50 plus percent savings every month for a long time now. Dont always take advice from close minded people that are wont let their own neighbors in. I got back 4,836 from the fed, 2,000 from utah, and 750 from Questar! And I live in Bountiful and dont pay a bill to Rocky Mountain Power. They are not in this neighborhood. Check you facts before you post ridiculous info.
