I had the same thing happen, got a call I was busy and couldn't answer, called the number back and it just said it was important that I talk to them, but no one ever came on the line.
Googled this number and it comes up as On Guard Locksmith. They call almost daily, and never leave a message, so I called them back and got a recording to hold for the next available representative.
