This appears to be bill collector/ s from Verizon . They have ways to use area codes to deceive you. Plus they get away with using Verizon transmission. "Transmitting  cell phone calls". New sneaky was to get people to answer. When you pick up, because its your area code not a 888,800 and so on. They will have a recording saying this is an important call for......if this is ....... Press 1 if you need to be placed on hold press 2 if you would like us to call back press 3 if this is not ..... Press and so on. Hope this helps .
