I got a call from this number that I didn't answer and they left a voicemail, which was just a bunch of static and strange sounds. I called back and a Hispanic woman answered and just said no to everything I said so I hung up. They just called back and it sounded like they said something softly then hung up. I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I don't know who it is or anything about them or the area the number comes from for that matter. Really strange.
