Who called from 8017520303

I got the exact same message yesterday. I replied and they wrote back how they're moving from New Zealand and she's pregnant and can't do much with the dogs. Once she asked for my personal info I stopped replying.

I just received the same text message - however she gave me an email for [email protected]. Luckily I researched the number before sending an email.

I'm curious how they got our phone numbers? Care.com must have been hacked I assume?

I am also a care.com user. I do not have my phone number visible to other care.com members, and I got a similar message this morning and was about to reply by text that I would prefer to be contacted through the site, but decided to search the number first.

My text said "Hello my name is Mrs Newberry i got your number off Care.commy sister Nelly is in need if a Caregiver for her Dogs and Fishes kindly email her at [email protected]"

It sounds like our personal info has been compromised by Care.com. Has anyone tried reaching out to Care?

I received the same text!  I didn't think my phone number was available on Care. I'm glad I decided to look into this before emailing.
