they claim my computer is sending something and they said they are from Microsoft??

Slim is right on with this info! It is not microsoft, its a scam.. The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

I received a call from (801)783 1263.  A man, who said his name is Eric.  When he wanted me to go to my computer, so that he could check it.  I made up an excuse, took his number and got off the phone.

I really got scammed and lost everything from my computer when I would not pay them $200.00 to release my computer !!

Total scam. Wanted $149.00 to speed up my computer.
