Between the times from 1108 to 1112 central time today, I received a call from 801-854-1289 seven times. First of all, if they really needed information over the phone regarding records, they would leave a message the first time. Secondly, you cannot request records over the phone just because you ask for it. You need to provide legal papers to release the information, signed by patients.
This company is Verscend, they are contracted by insurance companies to do a yearly medical record review. Too bad their customer service reps are clueless and don't make notes when they talk to a facility!!!!
