Just got a text from this number about a diamond ring I'm selling. Claimed he was out of town but wanted to purchase this item for his cousin. Offered to pay an extra $100 for shipping and would deposit it in a Paypal account right away.So I searched where I got all these great cautions of previous victims. Deleted text immediately.

Said he was "out of the City"... what city? Not a city local to me... and he could pay me through pay pal. I told him I worked for a bank's fraud dept...

Same here, 12/01/14 person named "Vlad" texted me stating he was interested in my item posted on Craig's list for his cousin. He also said he needed the item urgently and asked for my pay pal email address and would give me$100.00 extra for shipping.
