I'm in on the lawsuit as I get calls from at least four of these numbers regularly. Why since I am on the no call list? Can't we talk to the national no call list people?

Repeatedly receiving phone calls to my cell from 801-877-5855. Calls are not solicited by me and in reading the comments regarding others' problems, I am glad I have not been responding to their calls. To whom can my complaint be submitted that will have the authority to block these unwanted calls?
